We currently have two sauces: Raspberry and blueberry available in 8 ounce jars. These sauces can be used on shortcake or ice cream like making your own banana split at home. My husband and I love it over sponge cake and pound cake.

ShrubTM - Raspberry Concentrate - $5 & $10

Raspberry shrub concentrate. We use our own raspberries which are prepared for four days and then filtered to use only the juice. It is then boiled with sugar until it reachs just the right consistency. This shrub is used in our vinaigrette, but can also be used to flavor ginger ale, hot or cold tea, raspberry flavored water, as a flavoring for fruit punch, can be drizzled over ice cream straight from the bottle and if you prefer to make your own whipped cream, add a tablespoon or two and yum! This is available in two sizes 5 ounce and 10 ounce only. (Suggested uses for Shrub)

Raspberry Vinaigrette - $3.50

Our raspberry vinaigrette is one of our newer products. We are currently selling only 10 ounce size only. All you need is oil and spices and about one-half cup of the shrub and you may not want to flavor your fresh garden salads with anything else! We use lettuce, tomato, cucumber, green pepper, and occasionally cheese, chicken or turkey and ham and top them with our vinaigrette. Fantastic! (Suggested uses for our Raspberry Vinaigrette)

Balsam Scented Bags and Pillows

We also are making balsam scented bags and pillows from ground up balsam tree branches. The bags and pillows are sewn together and before closing the ground up balsam is added. These are sure to add freshness to your linen drawer, cupboard or living room couch or chair. Some come with a handy strap to hang over your door knob. Available in 5 convenient sizes.
