JamsAll of our jams are available in 8 ounce jars. Raspberry jam and blueberry jam as well as the raspberry/blueberry jam are all available throughout the year. Raspberry/rhubarb and blackberry are only available as long as the rhubarb and blackberries are available during the summer. Jams are all gelled with pectin products and are cooked and preserved with sugar. Jams are thick, sweet spreads homemade by cooking crushed fruits grown right at our farm with sugar. Jams tend to hold their shape but are generally less firm than jelly. Their individual characteristics depend on the kind of fruit used, the ingredients and their proportions in the mixture. All of our products have been certified through stringent testing for health, quality and uniformity through the University of Maine. Our gift boxes come with a variety of hand wood burned designs including: a moose, a chickadee, a raspberry cluster, a honeybee on a flower, a loon, a trout, a bear, the State of Maine outline, a lobster or if you prefer, give us a picture (preferably black and white) no taller than three inches and no longer than our gift box and we may possibly be able to make your own personalized design. We can either stain
your box or keep it natural. We have three stains available, dark, medium
